1. What we do
elementalpuritylabs.com performs analytical testing on materials submitted to it and issues a certificate of analysis describing the results. We do not manufacture, sell, source, distribute, or broker peptides or any other material, and we hold no financial interest in any supplier.
2. Research use only
All material is analyzed as a research chemical. Results are not a statement of safety, efficacy, quality, or fitness for any purpose, and are not approved for human or veterinary use or for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical application. By submitting a sample you confirm the material is for research and analytical purposes only.
3. Quotes and orders
Prices shown on this site are indicative. A binding price is the written quote we send you, which is valid for 30 days. Work begins when you confirm a quote and the sample arrives. Nothing is charged before you confirm.
4. Your sample
You are responsible for what you send us. By shipping a sample you confirm that:
- You are legally entitled to possess it and to have it tested
- It is not a controlled substance, biological specimen of human or animal origin, or otherwise outside our scope of testing
- The compound identities you declared are accurate to the best of your knowledge
- It is packaged and labeled in accordance with applicable shipping regulations
We may refuse or dispose of any sample that arrives outside our scope, unlabeled, compromised, or in insufficient quantity, and we will tell you when we do.
5. Turnaround
Turnaround times run from intake — the moment a sample is logged at our facility — not from the moment you ship. They are targets based on normal operation, not guarantees. Customs delays, instrument downtime, and samples requiring re-preparation extend them. Where we will miss a stated turnaround, we tell you rather than letting the date pass quietly.
6. Results and certificates
A certificate describes the sample as received, on the date tested, by the method named on it. It applies to that lot only and is not a statement about any other batch, about future production, or about the supplier.
You decide whether your certificate is published publicly or kept private. You do not decide what it says. Once signed, a certificate is locked and cannot be altered by you or by us. Corrections are issued as a new certificate that supersedes the original, and the original remains resolvable.
Retained sample material is held for 90 days from the reported date, after which it is destroyed unless you have arranged its return.
7. Retesting and disputes
If you believe a result is wrong, tell us within 30 days of the reported date. Where retained material and instrument records allow, we will re-analyze at our cost. If the original result is confirmed, further testing is charged at standard rates.
8. Use of our name and marks
You may reproduce a certificate in full, link to its verification page, and print its QR code on packaging and product listings for the lot it covers. You may not alter a certificate, quote it partially in a way that changes its meaning, apply it to a different lot, or state or imply that elementalpuritylabs.com endorses, approves, or certifies you, your product line, or your business. Misuse ends your right to use our name and may be reported publicly.
9. Payment
Invoices are due within 15 days of issue unless your written quote says otherwise. Certificates for unpaid work may be withheld from publication until payment is received; the underlying record is still created.
10. Confidentiality
We treat your submission details, private certificates, and raw data as confidential and disclose them only as described in our privacy policy. Aggregate, de-identified statistics about testing trends may be published; nothing that identifies you or your lots will be.
11. Liability
We perform testing with reasonable skill and care in accordance with our documented methods. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any submission is limited to the amount you paid for that work, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost business, product recalls, or decisions you or your customers made on the basis of a result.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. What we are not
We are not a CLIA-certified clinical laboratory, a regulatory authority, a certifying body, or a source of medical, legal, or investment advice. A certificate from us is analytical evidence about a sample, and nothing more than that.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of San Diego County have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your work is the one published on the date your quote was confirmed.
