What we measure
Four questions every peptide sample should answer
Identity, purity, quantity, and contamination are separate measurements. A single number on a supplier's label answers none of them on its own.
Identity
ESI-TOF mass spectrometry confirms the observed molecular mass against the theoretical mass for the declared sequence — the only way to know the peptide is the peptide.
Quantity
Net peptide content against a certified reference standard, so you know how much active material is actually in the vial — not just how much powder.
Contamination
Bacterial endotoxin (LAL), residual solvents, heavy metals, and sterility screening for material intended for sensitive research applications.

Why independent testing
A certificate is only worth the lab that signed it.
Supplier-provided COAs are frequently recycled between batches, edited in a PDF viewer, or issued by a lab that shares ownership with the seller. None of that survives contact with a verification database.
Every certificate we issue is written once, published at a permanent address, and locked. If the printed document does not match what our database returns for that ID, the document is not ours.
Independent by structure
We do not sell, source, or distribute peptides, and we hold no stake in any supplier. Testing is the entire business.
Results are not negotiable
A failing result is published exactly as a passing one. Clients may withhold a certificate from publication, but they cannot alter it.
Raw data on request
Chromatograms, spectra, integration parameters, and instrument logs are retained for five years and released to the submitting client on request.
