Suspect a fake certificate?

Look the ID up on the verification page first. If it does not resolve, or the data on screen differs from the document you were sent, send us both — we investigate every report and will confirm in writing whether the certificate is ours.

Use the same address with "Press" in the subject line. We can speak to testing methodology and aggregate market data, and we do not comment on individual suppliers.

Turnaround, honestly

Three business days from intake for purity and identity. Sterility work takes two weeks and no amount of rush fee changes microbiology.

International submissions

We accept samples worldwide. Customs timing sits outside the turnaround clock, which starts when the sample is logged here.
