Certificate verification

Look up a certificate of analysis.

Enter the certificate ID printed on the report or the vial label, or scan its QR code. Results come straight from the laboratory database — not from the document in front of you.

Certificate IDs follow the format EPL-NNNNNNNNN and are printed on the report and the vial label.

How verification works

Why the QR code matters more than the PDF

A PDF can be edited in ninety seconds. A database record cannot be edited from outside the laboratory.

One code, one record

Every certificate is written once at publication and assigned a permanent ID. The QR code on the label encodes the verification URL for that ID and nothing else.

Locked after publication

Published results are immutable. A correction is issued as a new certificate that references and supersedes the original, so the revision history stays visible.

Compare what you were sent

Check the batch number, test date, and purity value on the screen against the paper in your hand. Any mismatch means the paper is wrong.

For suppliers

Put verification on your product page

If you sell material we have tested, every certificate comes with a permanent link and a downloadable QR code sized for vial labels, cartons, and product listings. Customers scan it and land on the live record — no login, no PDF download, no version confusion.

Batch release clients can also publish certificates against their own SKUs, so a customer scanning a vial sees the certificate for that exact lot rather than a generic representative result.
