What we collect, and what we do with it.

Short version: we collect what a testing laboratory needs to test your sample and reply to you, we keep it as long as our records require, and we do not sell it.

Who we are

elementalpuritylabs.com is an analytical testing laboratory operating from 2140 Bayfront Technology Drive, Suite 210, Carlsbad, CA 92011. For any question about this policy or your data, write to contact@elementalpuritylabs.com.

What we collect

When you request a quote. Your name, email, and optionally your company, phone number, and country, together with the sample details you enter: compound names, batch numbers, declared purity, quantities, and any notes you add.

When you contact us. Your name, email, optionally company and phone, the topic you select, any certificate ID you reference, and the message itself.

When you verify a certificate. Certificate lookup is open to anyone and requires no account. We record that a lookup happened so we can detect abuse and measure how the verification system is used. We do not attach lookups to a person.

Automatically. Standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and timestamps. These are used for security and troubleshooting.

We do not ask for payment card details on this site. Invoicing is handled separately once a quote is confirmed.

Why we use it

  • To price your work, reply to you, and issue your submission paperwork
  • To run the analysis, produce your certificate, and maintain the laboratory record behind it
  • To keep records that our quality system requires us to keep
  • To protect the site from spam and abuse
  • To send lab updates, but only if you asked for them on the quote form

What appears on a certificate

Published certificates are visible to anyone holding the certificate ID. They carry the sample and test data, the analyst and reviewer names, and a client reference. They do not carry your email, phone number, or postal address.

You choose at submission whether your certificate is published publicly or kept private. A private certificate still resolves for anyone you share the ID with — that is what makes it useful to your own customers. If you need a certificate withdrawn from public listing, write to us and we will unpublish it. The record itself remains, because a laboratory that deletes results on request is not a laboratory anyone should trust.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with:

  • Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our instructions in order to run this site and deliver our replies
  • Subcontracted laboratories, where a method is subcontracted — and in that case the subcontracting is disclosed on the certificate
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose

How long we keep it

  • Quote requests and messages: three years from last contact
  • Certificates: indefinitely — a certificate ID is meant to resolve permanently
  • Raw instrument data: five years from the reported date
  • Retained sample material: 90 days from the reported date, then destroyed or returned
  • Server logs: twelve months

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, or unsubscribe from lab updates at any time using the link in the email. Write to contact@elementalpuritylabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We apply the same handling to everyone rather than sorting requests by jurisdiction.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, including a session cookie if you sign in to the staff area. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

Security

The site is served over TLS. Laboratory records are held in access-controlled systems with audit trails, and published certificates are locked against modification after signature. No system is perfect; if we ever suffer a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how we handle data you have already given us, tell you directly.

This policy is written to be read rather than to be impressive, and it describes how this laboratory actually operates. It is not legal advice, and it should be reviewed by your own counsel before you rely on it for compliance in a specific jurisdiction.
All materials submitted to Elemental Purity Labs are analyzed as research chemicals. Results describe the sample as received and are not a statement of safety, efficacy, or fitness for human or veterinary use. Elemental Purity Labs does not sell, supply, or source peptides, and does not provide medical advice.
